Technical Center
There is now space for new developments, innovations and application technologies on an area of over 530 m². With the well-known WMV systems and the new developments in the field of zinc flake coating systems, the technology center proves to be a complete solution for all types of surface treatment of bulk goods and frame parts. In addition to the already mature pre-treatment systems for parts cleaning and the post-treatment and coating systems, the technology center also includes systems such as the new TULZ600-PRS for coating bulk goods with high quality standards or the KUKA IR 600 for handling the centrifuge drums.

Project Planning and Sales
The WMV Project Department is your partner in the evaluation of the proposed solution and quotation process. Once a project is ordered your contact person will work with you throughout the engineering, manufacturing, installation and startup of the system.
Mechanical Engineering
WMV combines years of experience with innovative ideas with in-house engineers from which you benefit. Our team consist of highly qualified employees, such as electrical engineers, technicians, technical draftsmen and technical product designers. Close cooperation with the software department and the electrical engineering department ensures the latest and best available technology is utilized in our machines and systems.
Electrical Engineering
The in-house team of electrical engineers and technicians plan for the controls of our machines and systems. The necessary interfaces for signal exchange and safety precautions are planned with specialist from our supply base with customer input.
In-house engineering also enables:
-Fast response times for requested changes.
-Lighting fast response times when troubleshooting assistance is needed.
-Updated documentation if modifications are made.

Production
Lean manufacturing principles make for effcient warehousing and manufaturing of equipment and systems. In addition to the in-house panel build shop, assembley areas and paint facility, WMV has the following wholey own subsidiers. INSPAD for turning metal components and mtam fabrications.
Final assembly and testing of modules assures a smooth installation and startup. In many caases entire systems are set up and run prior to shipping.
Software
The employees in the software department create and develop the PLC programs for controlling WMV systems and machines. The performance and functionality of WMV systems is ensured through continous training and adoption of proven new technology.
Having in-house software engineers assurus you that WMV can respond fast and effieciely from the begining of a project and after the startup of a system if assistance is needed.
Service and Spare Parts
The software department also provides remote 24 hour assistance 363 days a year by contecting to the PLC and operator interfaces via the internet. We also have mechanics and electricians the can assist when neeeded. For spare parts, WMV Germany and USA both warehouse popular spare parts.
Documentation
All mechanical modules are fully documentumented. Each module has drawings and a full list of the components that make up the station. Electrical documentation is preparded in Eplan. All documentation is maintained on WMV severs which are maintained by our in-house IT department. If modifications are made to the system all documentation can be easily updated.
IT
The IT department develops and programs WMV’s own ERP system as well as the archive system. The support extends across the entire infrastructure. From networks to server landscapes of the entire telecommunications and mobile radio to access systems, mobile e-mail solutions and VPN solutions for the company’s global systems.
Training
By investing in our trainees, we are investing in the future. Sustainable learning is just as important to us as a good working atmosphere. Because if you feel good, you open up the production processes much better. Many young people are currently in training at WMV. For us, trainees are not just a support for capacity. Special importance is attached to the implementation of the theoretical content of the vocational school, so that not only the journeyman’s examination is passed, but a self-confident and responsible employee grows from training at WMV.
